Steve Pinewski started in this industry as a finish carpenter in 1977. His attention to detail and knowledge of building is what made him a sought after carpenter by many builders. The same standard of workmanship that classified him as an excellent finish carpenter is what classifies him today as the home builder of choice. For over 20 years he has been building custom homes and detailing each as if they were his own.
Steve not only heads up his custom home projects, but heads a remodeling company known as Innovative Renovators, Inc. Partnering himself with his sister Margaret Hanson who is a design consultant, both have become quite a team in renovating and remodeling homes. Margaret’s years of experience in layout and interior design give her an edge at coming up with the perfect layout and design for your home project. Once an initial draft is drawn up and has incorporated all your personal needs, the design is passed along to our architectural consultant who will finalize the plan - ready to build!
Pinewski Builders continues to grow! It’s latest endeavor includes building and leasing professional office space. Steve owns and partners three commercial complexes located in Anoka and Andover.
